- 4-6 Polish sausage links, or hot dogs
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup peeled and chopped apple
- 1 14½ ounce can Del Monte Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- Cook sausages over medium heat in a 10-inch skillet until brown. Remove.
- Cook onion in skillet until soft. Stir in apple and sauerkraut; cover and simmer 3 minutes.
- Place meat over sauerkraut. Cover and cook 2 minutes of until heated through. Serve with mustard if desired.
