Spicy Pimento Sauce



  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 7 ounce pimento cheese spread
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha


  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat.
  2. Add the heavy cream and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Then whisk in garlic, parmesan, pimento spread, and Sriracha.
  4. Pour over your Fried Mac and Cheese Balls and never look back!
