Watermelon Smoothie with a Hint of Mint


Watermelon Smoothie with a Hint of MintUse honey- or vanilla-flavored yogurt for a little extra sweetness. Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (1-inch) cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1/3 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 40-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately.
