Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce


  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons drained capers
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Place garlic in food processor; process until minced.
  2. Add parsley, cilantro, and mint; process until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; process until finely chopped.
